Isn't this witch just the cutest?! I absolutely love her!  She is a NEW file from SVG Cutting Files called Witch Hazel.

I masked the sentiment so I could break it up over two lines instead of one and I added a little bit of braided solid black and purple twine from The Twinery to the hat.
