I love how easy it was to create this spinner card! This is a NEW file from SVG Cutting Files and I used the little icons off of the Halloween Bingo set which fit perfectly in the little tabs!
Here is a close up of the Bingo Cards..
To create the layered look, I cut out the stamped BINGO image and layered it on the Journal die
