The cute little shirt, shorts and flip flops is from a NEW file called Summer Kawaii Clothing from SVG Cutting Files. 

The cute little ice cream cone is from the Silhouette Store and the cute little face is off of Peachy Keen's "The Cornies" set.

I also added a cute little bow using some of Trendy Twines Strawberry Cupcake
