This cute little surfer penguin came from KaDoodle Bug Designs "Too Cool Penguins 1" file (original artwork by Kristi W Designs).
. I LOVED the penguin with the surfboard but I really wanted it to be a girl, so I just moved a few pieces around :)

Now of course we couldn't have a hop without some candy!
