A Cherry Hello...

Hey everyone, today is my day to post over at KaDoodle Bug Designs! 
I wanted to share a card I made using one of the SUPER cute Shoptastic Cuties file--Cherry Cuties by KaDoodle Bug Designs!

I LOVE this new line--it's super fun!

The background paper I created using watercolors and the salt technique to give it a little added texture

Jaded Blossom December Guest Designer--Shaker Cards

Hey everyone, this is Jaymie from This and That Scraps!

First off, I would like to thank Michelle and Candace for the opportunity to be a guest designer this month for Jaded Blossom.  I am SO excited!

Today I am going to share two shaker style Christmas cards I made.

The first one is a Snowflake card using the snowflake off of the Elegant Holiday Greetings set.

I used the SVG outline to create an offset on the mat from the Card Mat Dies set.

The sentiment is off of the Christmas Wishes set and stamped on the small flag die from the Flag Die 2 and mounted on the small flag die from Flag Die

The second card is one I created using the light bulbs off of the Watt's Up set.

I used the SVG outline to create an offset on the mat from the Card Mat Dies set.

I used the Border Dies to create a little border along the bottom where I put my sentiment.  The sentiment is off of the original Christmas Candies set and mounted on to a charm from the Candy Charms and Banner Dies

I had a lot of fun creating these shaker cards ( a first for me)

Monster Munchies

Hey everyone, today is my DT day to post over  SVG Cutting Files and I wanted to share a little Halloween treat I made.

This is "Prometheus" and he is one of the good monsters. 

He is a NEW file and will be released tomorrow at SVG Cutting Files. 

I mounted him on to the front of the SQUARE Chunky Candy Tube Holder which can also be found in the store as well!

The Clear RECTANGLE Tube is from Jaded Blossom.

I also used their candy stamp from Monster Candies and mounted it on the charm die from their Candy Charms and Banners Die set.

SVG Cutting Files October Challenge

Hey everyone, 
there is a NEW monthly challenge up over at SVG Cutting Files!!

HEHE I just LOVE this donkey!  I am sure you've already figured it out, but this smiling guy is Donkey from Shrek!  He fits this "Smart Ass" hop perfectly!  Not to mention the sentiment fits him too!  He's always talking!

The sentiment "Blah Blah Blah" is off of Jaded Blossom's NEW stamp set Sassy Pants

I took the rounded tag from Jaded Blossom's Mini Tag Dies set and flipped it around and ran it back through my Big Shot to get ride of the eye hole.  I then masked off the sentiment and stamped "Blah" on each one.  Love that there are so many ways to use those dies!

One of Michelle's favorite candy  is SKOR bars!  I wrapped the bars and then added a little extra color by adding a band using the Candy Wrap Dies.  Then I used the sentiments off of the new Sassy Candies and I put them on charms from Jaded Blossom's Candy Charms and Banners Die set.

HUGE Birthday Wishes

Hey everyone, today is my DT day to post over  SVG Cutting Files and I wanted to share a quick shaped card I made!

I just LOVE how easy these card kits are-- and cute too!   This is a NEW file being released tomorrow by SVG Cutting Files called Dino Shaped Card.  

The sentiment is off of Jaded Blossom's  Wild Animal Candies set
and is stamped on a charm from their Candy Charms and Banners Dies set (one of my favorites!)

I know Candace loves cats and all things "Nerdy" so I had Ann create me this Squaredy Cat (FREE file) which was inspired from Squaredy Cats by Monkey Doodle Dandy.  I wanted to put it on some kind of a box so I could put some birthday treats in it, so I used the Mystery Treat Box from SVG Cutting files as well and just left off the little squares.

For the treats, I used Jaded Blossom's Birthday Candies and Candy Charms and Banners Dies
